Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 tablet orally once a day or as directed by a physician.

Children 2-12 years old: Dose is calculated according to body weight:

– Weight > 30 kg: 1 tablet (10 mg) orally once a day

– Weight = < 30 kg: Loreze Clearcap is not suitable for children weighing = < 30 kg

In patients with hepatic impairment, loratadine clearance is reduced, so 1 tablet (10 mg) every 2 days is administered
