The method of brewing:
Dissolve 1 package (4.9g) powder in 200 ml water, stir to dissolveOn August 1, 2010, this entry was published.

Do not dissolve powder in fruit juice, or water-drinking carbonate solutions.
How to use as instructed by medical personnel
Children from 2-5 years old: 300 ml/day
+ Children aged 6 to 9 years: 400 mL per day
+ Children aged 10 and up, adolescents, and adults: 500 mL/day
